The Associação Viva Boa Vista Ballet Workshop offers children and adolescents aged 3 to 24 the opportunity to develop physical, expressive, and socio-emotional skills through dance. Held outside of school hours, once a week in the morning and afternoon, the workshop features activities that foster discipline, concentration, motor coordination, and socialization, promoting integration among participants and strengthening bonds.

Intended for residents of the Santo Antônio da Boa Vista neighborhood and surrounding areas, the workshop contributes to cultural inclusion, the prevention of risky situations, and holistic development, combining technical practice, artistic expression, and participation in performances and cultural events.

Jazz

The Jazz workshop is held outside of school hours for children, adolescents, and young adults, according to a weekly schedule, once a week in the morning and afternoon. Its goal is to develop artistic expression, motor coordination, discipline, self-esteem, and social skills in children and adolescents. Activities include warm-ups, stretching, rhythm exercises, and choreography, promoting creativity, musicality, body posture, and rhythmic perception.

The methodology involves continuous monitoring of participants’ progress, fostering integration and strengthening bonds, as well as participation in internal performances and cultural events, ensuring holistic development and community engagement.

The Judo workshop at Associação Viva Boa Vista offers children and adolescents aged 3 to 24 the opportunity to develop discipline, self-control, motor coordination, respect for rules, and healthy habits.
